Job Summary

Based in Rotterdam and considering a new challenge

Were currently hiring German & Dutch speakers for a Customer Advisor position in Belgium. Ideal for candidates with international or customer-facing experience.

What youll do:
Support customers across different channels
Handle inquiries and provide solutions
Work within a fast-paced international team

Location: Ghent Belgium (Hybrid setup)

Working hours:
24/7 rotational shifts
7h30/day 30 min break

Important to know:
Initial contract: 136 months
First month: fully on-site
After training: 1 day/week remote

Profile:
Fluent in German & Dutch
Strong communication skills
Flexible and reliable
