Gain a strong foundation of AI knowledge and tools available.ÂNo previous AI experience required.
Learn AI theory covering topics such as LLMs ML AI ethics and applications of AI.
Learn to how AI chatbots and AI agents work using open libraries.
Understand core concepts of cloud computing object-oriented programming and automation.

Salesforce Platform & Agentforce

Implement your AI & Cloud Foundations knowledge in a hands-on practical setting using Agentforce.
Build Flows use Prompt Builder and Agent Builder to build and deploy Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Agents.
Dive into the core concepts of Salesforce Agentforce Architecture and the Einstein Trust Layer.
Implement Data Cloud and discover how RAG can extend Agentforces capabilities.
