Job Summary:
The Project Management Jr. Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of analysts and technicians to ensure that project management standards are consistently met. This role involves coordinating daily project management activities conducting audits and inspections and providing guidance and support to team members. The Jr. Supervisor works closely with the Project Management Supervisor and other department leaders to develop and implement project improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics addressing nonconformance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination
Develop project plans and timelines
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed

Budget Management
Create and manage project budget
Track expenses and ensure budget compliance
Identify and communicate budget risks to stakeholders

Risk Management
Identify potential project risks
Develop risk mitigation strategies
Monitor and address any issues that arise during project execution

Communication
Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
Update stakeholders on project progress and any changes
Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team

Quality Control
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Conduct quality assurance checks
Implement corrective actions as needed

Documentation
Maintain project documents and records
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Archive project documents for future reference

Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for improvement in project management processes
Implement changes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
Seek feedback from team members and stakeholders for future projects.

Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field and masters in business administration or engineering with at least 5 - 8 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories principles and concepts.
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
