Job Description:
This role will support theProduct/Engineering team on requirements work planning andproductvalidation. The role will also handleproductsupport queries from field teams in India and the US ensuring timely coordination and resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

SupportProductManager to maintain Jira tickets ensuring proper tracking and updates
-
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate feature readiness
-
Act as the primary point of contact for clarifying requirements with engineering teams
-
Identify gaps edge cases and inconsistencies early in the development cycle
-
Handleproductsupport queries from internal and field teams (India & US)
-
Coordinate between businessproduct and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery
Key Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in writing clear and structured user stories

Familiarity with Jira andproductdevelopment workflows

Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
