Job Description:
This role will support theProduct/Engineering team on requirements work planning andproductvalidation. The role will also handleproductsupport queries from field teams in India and the US ensuring timely coordination and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

  • SupportProductManager to maintain Jira tickets ensuring proper tracking and updates

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate feature readiness

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clarifying requirements with engineering teams

  • Identify gaps edge cases and inconsistencies early in the development cycle

  • Handleproductsupport queries from internal and field teams (India & US)

  • Coordinate between businessproduct and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in writing clear and structured user stories

  • Familiarity with Jira andproductdevelopment workflows

  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Customer/support-oriented mindset
