We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Personal Assistant to support our real estate team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules handling communications assisting with property listings and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars appointments and property showing schedules
- Respond to emails calls and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with real estate transactions including document preparation and follow-ups
- Maintain and update property listings on MLS and other platforms
- Organize digital files contracts and client records
- Coordinate with agents clients lenders and vendors
- Conduct online research on market trends and property data
- Assist with marketing tasks such as email campaigns social media posting and listing descriptions
- Track deadlines contracts and closing timelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Familiarity with MLS platforms and real estate tools is preferred
- High-speed internet and a reliable remote work setup
