Role Overview:
This role is integrated in the Growth department and plays a key role in driving end-to-end revenue ownership within APAC combining new business acquisition with long-term client retention and expansion.
You are responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle from prospecting and closing new clients to growing and maintaining existing relationships ensuring sustainable revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
Own a geographic territory or market end-to-end with full responsibility for revenue generation and growth.
Run outbound and inbound sales activities (phone email social media) to generate new business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Onboard and manage newly acquired clients ensuring a smooth transition into long-term partnerships.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients fostering strong long-term relationships and acting as the main point of contact.
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize customer value.
Conduct regular client engagement activities (calls meetings on-site visits) to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Customer Care Supplier Sales Quality Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful service delivery.
Maintain a clean and updated CRM ensuring accurate tracking of pipeline forecasts and account activities.
Provide reliable forecasts and visibility on both new business and account expansion opportunities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities.
Acquire expert knowledge of the auditing supplier risk management industry and Qualifyzes value proposition.
Main requirements:
Proven track record as account executive customer success or a related sales role ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.
Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
