Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing executing and overseeing the strategic initiatives that drive the companys long-term growth and competitive advantage. This role involves conducting market analysis identifying business opportunities and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Development:
Lead the development of the companys strategic plan including long-term goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives with business objectives.
Analysis and Insights:
Analyze internal and external data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
Management
Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic projects.
Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives identifying and addressing any issues.
and Growth
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities including potential mergers acquisitions partnerships and market expansions.
Lead the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives department heads and external partners.
Communicate the strategic vision and objectives to all levels of the organization.
Facilitate strategic planning workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Management
Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives
Conduct regular reviews of strategic performance and adjust plans as necessary.

Educational Qualification:
MBA from a reputed institute
Years and type of experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Business -Corporate Strategy.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Technical Competencies:
Strong Analytical skills and Problem-solving skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite and strategic planning tools.
