Problems We Area looking to Solve

Scaling our CMS platform to support next-generation AI-driven personalization and content intelligence. Modernizing legacy components into cloud-native microservices-based architecture. Improving performance security availability and multi-tenant scalability. Increasing engineering velocity through DevOps maturity automation and AI-assisted development. Strengthening engineering leadership and building a globally aligned high-performance culture within our GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision & Leadership:
  • Own technical strategy and roadmap execution for the Core CMS platform.
  • Drive platform modernization initiatives including microservices transformation and cloud-native architecture.
  • Partner with global engineering and product leadership to align architecture with long-term business strategy.
  • Evaluate and implement AI/LLM capabilities within the CMS ecosystem.
  • Establish Engineering Best Practices standards and architectural governance.
  • Operational Excellence & Growth:
  • Deliver predictable high-quality releases aligned to product roadmap commitments.
  • Champion CI/CD maturity DevOps automation and engineering productivity improvements.
  • Improve system observability monitoring reliability and uptime.
  • Lead capacity planning performance optimization and cost efficiency initiatives on Azure.
  • Manage technical debt reduction and platform refactoring initiatives.
  • Innovation & Culture:
  • Promote a culture of experimentation learning and continuous improvement.
  • Introduce AI-assisted coding tools and engineering automation practices.
  • Drive adoption of secure coding quality-first development and automated testing.
  • Encourage innovation through hackathons design reviews and architecture forums.
  • Foster accountability ownership and outcome-driven execution.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Collaborate closely with Product UX Data Security and Customer Success teams.
  • Partner with US stakeholders to ensure seamless global execution.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to executive leadership

    Customer Impact:
  • Ensure platform reliability performance and enterprise-grade security.
  • Drive features that improve customer acquisition engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Support large enterprise implementations and strategic customer initiatives.
  • Contribute to technical discussions with key clients when required.

    Talent & Empowerment:
  • Recruit mentor and retain top engineering talent within the GCC.
  • Build succession plans and develop future engineering leaders.
  • Conduct performance management coaching and skill development programs.
  • Create an inclusive high-trust high-performance environment.
  • Lead distributed teams with strong collaboration across geographies.
  • Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • 10 years of software engineering experience with 3 years in engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise / .NET Core / C# and Python.
  • Proven experience designing distributed scalable SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs microservices containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of relational (SQL Server PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience working in product-based or SaaS organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead globally distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
