As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our delivery capabilities we are looking to hire a skilled Sr US Engineering Recruiter to support our engineering hiring needs.
We are seeking a US Engineering Recruiter with 5 7 years of relevant experience in hiring for engineering requirements across W2 and C2C models. This role is specifically focused on recruiting for engineering talent and we are looking for someone with a strong background in engineering hiring rather than general IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have an active vendor network solid experience in vendor management and excellent communication skills with strong fluency in English.

As a US Engineering Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing identifying and engaging top engineering talent for our clients. You will work closely with implementation partners direct clients and vendors to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit for US-based engineering requirements across W2 C2C and 1099 hiring models.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and direct clients to understand engineering hiring needs.
- Source and attract qualified engineering candidates through LinkedIn job portals networking and cold calling.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to submission interview coordination and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors consultants and internal teams.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems reports and assignment track sheets.
- Negotiate rates and facilitate candidate placements for suitable engineering projects.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates vendors and clients.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and complete preliminary documentation.
- Share relevant job opportunities with suitable consultants and maintain continuous follow-up.
- Support account planning vendor management and relationship building activities.
- Stay updated on US recruiting practices tax terms and hiring processes including H1B recruitment.
- 5 7 years of proven experience in US engineering recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring for engineering roles only not general IT recruiter profiles.
- Hands on experience on job boards Dice Moster Indded LinedInRPS.
- Experience on ATS Ceipal prefered
- Hands-on experience working on W2 C2C and 1099 requirements.
- Strong vendor network vendor management and account management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal presentation negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated detail-oriented analytical and a strong team player.
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA in HR/Recruitment is a plus.
