Job Summary
Your Role
Were looking for an experienced SEO Manager (m/f/d) to lead the organic/ai growth strategy for the DACH region. Youll join an international SEO team of three SEO Managers leading by a Head of SEO with 13 years of experience.
Your mission: drive visibility traffic and qualified leads through data-driven SEO/AI strategies tailored to the German market.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute the SEO/AI strategy for the DACH market (on-page off-page & technical)
- Perform keyword research competitor analysis and SERP landscape reviews to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with content product and growth teams to ensure SEO alignment across all channels
- Create and optimize content briefs to target user intent and boost conversions
- Monitor analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like GSC Ganalytics Ahrefs SEMrush or Screaming Frog
- Participate in global SEO projects and knowledge sharing within the team
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a SEO Manager ideally in an agency or SaaS environment
- Fluent in German is mandatory
- Polish is a strong plus
- Proven expertise in technical SEO content SEO and analytics
- Proficiency with major SEO tools (GSC Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proactive structured and collaborative working style
