As Business Operations Manager you are part of the operational backbone of the company ensuring everything runs smoothly so the team can focus and move fast. You streamline internal processes keep projects and people aligned and create structures that enable us to scale. You play a key role in business development driving new revenue opportunities and leading funding grant and strategic initiatives.
Tasks
- Strategic and operational support of company leadership
- Technical project coordination and management
- Lead funding grant and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering Management or a related technical or management field or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work
- 3 years of experience in software development environments including hands-on involvement with technical project management or coordination of softwaredriven initiatives
- Relevant work experience in consulting start-up or business development
- Handson experience preparing or managing grant and funding applications including research writing and documentation.
- Practical knowledge of budgeting financial planning and cost tracking
