Job Summary
Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues providing solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services across various platforms.
You will work both remotely and onsite collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges while adhering to established operating models and processes.
Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.- Strong understanding of server and network management.- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.- Familiarity with operating system-level technology implementation.- Ability to work with various software solutions and vendors.
