Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for End to End Supply Chain activities for SV business in Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Order Tracking between the production plant and the Distribution centers/Distributor.
Purchase order for imported products/Report to Customer Service of backorder and recovery date/plan.
Backorder monitoring and cleaning of open orders in SAP.
Continuous improvement projects review of inventory levels pro activity in notifying expiration dates and overstock for proper treatment.
Support Customer Service team and the commercial team in Mexico/Colombia/CCA.
Support in the management analysis and implementation of Deliver Projects.
Responsible for Order Fill rate metrics/Line Item Fill rate metrics.
Responsible for the corresponding analysis to have the correct stock volumes for launch kits and free samples.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Graduated from Engineering / Business Administration.
Experience of at least 5 years within the Supply Chain / Logistics / Demand Planner chain.
Experience in demand analysis management using historical and predictive methods.
Inventory management experience.
Language: Fluent in English - MANDATORY
