Rite-Hite is advancing how customers engage with us digitallyto strengthen and scaleourrelationship-driven consultative sales and servicemodel.Wereseeking a strategic leader to help shape and deliver ourecommerce anddigital channel strategy across our Distribution business.
This role goes beyond traditional product management or IT ownership. It is astrategy and enterprise execution role focused on setting direction aligning stakeholders and driving progress across complex cross-functional initiatives in a B2B industrial environment.
This is ahybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Milwaukee WI.
WhatYoullDo
Lead the development and execution ofdigital commerceandchannel strategy aligned with Distribution goals.
Translate strategy into a clear roadmap of initiatives milestones and measurable outcomes.
Define howecommercesupportsandenhancessales and servicein a complex B2B model.
Partner with Sales Service Operations IT Product and Marketing to drive alignment and execution.
Lead cross-functional workstreams through influence and collaboration.
Establish governance KPIs and progress tracking to support accountability and momentum.
Shape digital customer experiences acrosspartsordering service requests scheduling invoicing and customer portals.
Support changemanagement and communication efforts to drive adoption across teams and customers.
WhatWereLooking For
7 years of experience including3 yearsin strategy consulting and/or strategy roles within B2B manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience building or scaling B2B ecommerce or digital commerce capabilities in complex business models including third party platforms (Amazon Business Graingeretc.)
Proven ability to develop business cases and support executive-level decision-making.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a bias toward action.
Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority and work effectively across teams.
Hands-on adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ERP CRM ecommerce and service platforms.
MBApreferred;experience working client-side after consulting a plus.
