Job Summary
Role Overview
The Head IT Infrastructure role is accountable for ensuring the delivery reliability and modernization of the companies infrastructure aligning with global standards while providing regional insights to enterprise initiatives.
The selected leader will:
- Oversee a regional team supporting global infrastructure operations.
Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure secure resilient and scalable systems.
Drive continuous improvement and modernization initiatives across the India hub. - Executive Visibility & Growth
- Provides regional input into global technology forums and strategy discussions.
Opportunity to shape the technology foundation of a critical global delivery hub with potential for broader regional or global leadership advancement.
Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Virtualization (VMware) and Enterprise Networking (Cisco Palo Alto)
- Automation & DevOps tools (Terraform Kubernetes GitLab)
- Proven experience in regulated industries preferably financial services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance and audit frameworks including India-specific requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into secure reliable and scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills across global teams.
