Job Summary
Set up and institutionalize the complete Pressure Vessel design function
including organization structure role definition team capability workflows and
governance mechanisms
Lead design and engineering of pressure vessels heat exchangers columns
reactors tanks and other static equipment in line with customer requirements and
applicable codes and standards
Finalize and standardize the design software ecosystem for the function
including selection implementation and usage protocols for design drafting
analysis and document control tools
Establish engineering standards calculation templates drawing practices
review checkpoints and documentation systems to ensure consistency quality
and traceability
Review and approve design calculations drawings BOMs datasheets and
technical documents before release for manufacturing customer submission or
inspection approval
Drive design optimization for manufacturability cost material efficiency and
standardization while ensuring technical robustness and compliance
Work closely with proposal production procurement quality and project
teams to support bidding execution troubleshooting and timely project delivery
Build and develop a high-quality engineering team create a reusable design
library and drive continuous improvement in design quality and turnaround time

Education
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in the Pressure Vessels
industry
