Account Executive — BrokerHub

Job Summary
As an Account Executive for BrokerHub you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the SMB and mid-market energy broker segment. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on prospecting advancing and closing new customer relationships.
You will own the entire sales processfrom initial outreach through contract executionwhile building a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. Success in this role requires disciplined pipeline management strong discovery and demo execution and the ability to translate BrokerHubs capabilities into clear operational value for energy brokers.
This role is designed for high-activity results-driven sales professionals who are motivated by closing new business. Once a deal is closed Customer Success assumes responsibility for onboarding and ongoing account management allowing you to remain focused on generating new revenue.
Qualifications :
Required
- Experience in the retail energy industry (broker agent or selling into brokers)
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle new business or hunter role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Ability to build and manage a high-volume pipeline with strong activity levels
- Strong CRM discipline including accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience running product demos and aligning solutions to customer workflows
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage both operators and decision-makers
Preferred
- Direct experience as an energy broker or in broker-channel sales
- Existing relationships within deregulated energy markets (e.g. Texas PJM New England)
- Experience selling SaaS or platform-based solutions to SMB or mid-market customers
- Familiarity with brokerage workflows (quoting enrollment commissions agent management)
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
