Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement and material readiness for clear-to-build execution with suppliers CMs and JDMs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues track milestones and report program status.
- Lead on-site and remote engagements with vendors and manufacturers to ensure build quality andtimelydelivery.
- Define andmaintainaccurateproject schedules material forecasts and budgets aligned with business goals.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) structure during development production and sustaining phases.
- Implement and track engineering changes ensuring smooth transition through the development lifecycle.
- Maintain internal asset database and ensureaccuratepart tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate system allocation distribution rework processes and change management across programs.
Required Skills andExperience :
- Proven experience in engineering program coordination ideally in server/storage product development.
- Strong background in product development vendor engagement and materials management.
- Proficiencyin cross-functional program execution across geographically dispersed teams.
- Deep understanding of BOM configuration procurementlogistics and cost control.
- Experience with factory/vendor oversight and on-site production support.
- Skilled in schedule planning risk mitigation and resource allocation.
- Tools: Microsoft Project Wrike Excel; familiarity with PLM systems is a plus
Nice To Have Skills andExperience :
- Background working in adatacenteror server development environment.
- Experience supporting programs from early design through high-volume production.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones
