Director of Engineering

Were seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the engineering function for a growing metalmanufacturing operation. This is a highvisibility leadership role for someone who thrives on improving processes developing strong teams and driving technical excellence.

As the Director of Engineering youll shape the engineering strategy lead product and process development and partner closely with Production Quality Supply Chain and executive leadership to ensure engineering initiatives support operational performance and longterm business goals. Youll also oversee budgeting capital planning and resource allocationensuring the department is equipped to deliver results.

Youll lead a talented engineering team strengthen technical capability and foster a culture built on safety accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in metal manufacturing strong leadership presence and a passion for innovation and operational excellence.

The position requires an Employment Agreement with non-competition non-disclosure non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions.

• Engineering Degree (Bachelors required; advanced degree preferred)
• Senior leadership experience in metal manufacturing or complex industrial environments
• Proven success improving processes leading teams and delivering measurable results
• Strong financial and projectmanagement skills
• Deep knowledge of safety regulatory and quality standards
• Excellent communication and leadership presence

Fulltime permanent $140000$160000 per year benefits
