We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg South Africa. As an Office Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day administrative tasks maintaining office supplies coordinating meetings and appointments and providing support to the team as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office including answering phone calls responding to emails and handling incoming and outgoing mail - Maintaining office supplies and inventory ordering new supplies as needed - Coordinating meetings and appointments for the team including scheduling sending reminders and preparing meeting materials - Assisting with travel arrangements for team members - Providing support to the team as needed including preparing documents presentations and reports - Maintaining and organizing office files and records - Managing office expenses and preparing expense reports - Assisting with HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating new employee onboarding - Ensuring the office is clean and well-maintained at all times - Other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus - Fluency in English is required knowledge of other languages is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
