Job Description: Your Impact
Are you a detail-oriented financial professional who thrives on turning complex data into clear actionable insights In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst you will serve as a key financial partner across the organization supporting budgeting forecasting business analytics and strategic decision-making. Your work will directly shape how Thrasher grows performs and plans for the future.
Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Own and manage the companys annual budgeting and rolling forecast models
- Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget forecast and prior periods
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs that drive operartional visibility
- Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives pricing and performance
- Serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders translating numbers into action
- Support senior leadership and board-level financial reporting
Qualifications: What You Offer
- Bachelors degree in Finanance Accounting Economics or related field required
- CPA CFA or MBA is preferred but not required
- Experience in financial analysis FP&A or corporate finance
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (Sage Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to translate large datasets into clear actionable business insights
- Strong communication skills; you can speak finance to non-financial leaders
