Now Hiring for:
3rd Shift Twisting Machine Operator (M-F 11:30pm-8:00am)
Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience highly preferred.

Primary Function / Purpose of Position:
Set up and operate twisting machines to twist insulated conductors together for use as individual pairs or as part of a cable construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor twisting machines to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to prevent faults and production delays.
- Troubleshoot and repair damaged conductors by specifications.
- Ensure production meets required specifications for voltage footage and twisting lay.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines and materials prior to production runs.
- Monitor machine operations and production output.
- Perform routine quality checks during production.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records as required.
Skills / Experience:
- Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided the right candidate).
- Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
