We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Intern who requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete their qualification in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Marketing or a related field. This role is focused on talent sourcing and employer branding with additional exposure to social media management and basic marketing activities to support recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals databases and social media platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates in line with job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Manage and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
- Support the management of company social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Create and schedule content related to vacancies employer branding and company updates
- Assist with basic marketing activities to promote job opportunities and company visibility
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to recruitment campaigns
- Provide administrative support specific to recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently studying towards a qualification in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Marketing or related field
- Requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete the qualification (preferred)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and/or marketing principles
- Familiarity with social media platforms particularly LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
