Role Responsibilities

As a Sr Analyst Client Support Services this role will require daily interaction with clients through our Case Management system email or interactive calls/meetings with the sole aim of resolving any issues as efficiently and quickly as possible. The role while part of the support team will include taking sole responsibility for many aspects of this process and working as part of a team to ensure that each issue is treated with the care and attention required. Other aspects of the role will include the internal development of processes documentation and management of the internal infrastructure.

  • Provide expert-level functional support efficiently resolving AxiomSL product issues via Case Management System phone or zoom including replication and analysis of issues in mirrored Regcloud support environment.

  • Takes ownership and resolves client issues related to AxiomSL architecture operating system network JVM or other AxiomSL infrastructure components within the Nasdaq Cloud Platform and environment.

  • Aligns with performance metrics handling cases in timely manner and communicating with the client in professional and powell-manneredanner.

  • Replicates and documents issue provides configuration suggestions to Customers provide Engineering teams with comprehensive information.

  • Analyses application log files and suggests solutions for Nasdaq Regcloud related problems.

  • Aligns with ISO-9001 and ITIL Incident Management Processes for resolution of Incidents and Service Requests following SLAs.

  • Works closely with Product Support team Product team Infrastructure team and DevOps team by following up on issues and their resolution.

  • Contributes to Knowledge Database with articles documenting issues workarounds best practices and how-to.

  • Constantly improves personal knowledge of AxiomSL products by passing the required certifications.

  • Shows flexibility to work across shift schedules (morning day) and to work during regional holidays based on business needs.

We expect you to have:

  • Around 3-6 years of first-line support experience or experience working with clients as a Technical Analyst leading meetings to understand their needs capturing relevant requirements and providing appropriate documentation and clarification.

  • Experience of working on IT applications/systems preferably Business reporting applications.

  • Experience with supervising tools such as Datadog.

  • Understanding of Amazon AWS experience as a user.

  • Ability to work with minimal direction be a fast learner self-motivated grphenomenaleammate and collaborator with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team in a dynamic environment and to deadlines.

  • Oracle Postgres Microsoft SQL Server knowledge and practical experience - installation log analysis.

  • Knowledge of Linux console on a user level.

  • Understanding of JVM configuration and debugging.

  • Understanding of REST API.

  • Ability to quickly search learn and explain technical information is required.

  • Highly organised and methodical approach.

  • Self-motivated attitude.

  • Result- and customer focused.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical background.

It would be great if you

  • Understanding the regulatory reporting concept aspects and process knowledge of regulatory requirements to banks and financial institutions its standards preferably including experience in Capital and Liquidity reporting (for instance COREP) and Shareholder regulatory disclosure.

  • Previous finance industry experiencefamiliarity with main Financial Statements; understanding of key financial products and their main characteristics(i.e. equity products preference shares derivatives convertibles bonds etc.).

  • Preferably experience with FinTech/Cloud services.
