Role Overview:
- Team context: This position sits within the Client Engagement organization
- Primary focus: Role focuses on leading strategic client relationships while guiding insightâdriven decisionâmaking across key accounts.
- Key objective: The key objective is to drive commercial account growth by deepening client partnerships securing renewals and identifying new opportunities that expand the value Circana delivers to the client.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Drive commercial account growth by identifying new opportunities shaping valueâadded solutions and securing renewals.
- Guide clients on marketing effectiveness performance optimization and longâterm planning conversations.
- Collaborate closely with analytics product and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and highâquality outputs.
- Ensure alignment of project timelines scope and expectations to deliver consistent client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes enhance client experience and increase service efficiency across engagements.
Requirements
910 years of experience in client engagement account management consulting or marketing effectiveness within dataâdriven industries (e.g. CPG retail technology).
Proven ability to lead senior client relationships manage renewals and drive commercial account growth.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for executiveâlevel audiences.
Experience collaborating with analytics product or insights teams to deliver highâquality client engagement.
Strong problemâsolving planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelors degree in business marketing analytics or related field.
NiceâtoâHave
- Familiarity with marketing analytics MMM digital measurement or media performance concepts.
Advanced degree (MBA Masters in Analytics/Marketing/Business) is beneficial.
Ability to guide or coach junior team members.
Willingness to travel for key client meetings as required.
