Job Summary

Senior Analyst in P&C policy servicing US Shift.
Insurance operations Location: MUMBAI
> Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for branch support and coordination
Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle including servicing and renewals
Support renewal reviews with Producers CSMs and sales teams
Assist a team of 5 7 Client Service Managers in daily operations
Proactively drive pre- and post-renewal activities
Track and ensure timely completion of all service tasks
Resolve queries efficiently to minimize rework
Identify and transition repetitive tasks to the service center
Build strong relationships with branch teams to improve client experience
