DescriptionThe Executive Receptionist & Concierge provides high level services to our internal and external clients at JP Morgan Chase & Co. locations. This individual will interact with all levels of JP Morgan Chase executives and their clients on a daily basis and ensure they are provided with high touch customer service. The Executive receptionist & Concierge builds solid relationships by being the coordinator for client and guests administrative assistants event planners and meeting and events teams.
Job responsibilities:
Required qualifications skills and capabilities:
- Minimum 3 years experience in high end reception or concierge service
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Necessary computer skills/programs (EMS excel word and outlook etc.);
Clerical skill set;
- Provides reports and metrics Troubleshooting and executing problem solving techniques.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor degree of Hospitality business management or related field preferred;
- Catering and experience with audio-visual media preferred.
