This role is accountable for accelerating Issuing VAS revenue growth within a defined client portfolio through proactive opportunity identification strategic portfolio selling and end-to-end commercial ownership. The position requires a manager-level professional capable of independently leading complex client engagements and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver commercial targets across the full Issuing Value-Added Services portfolio
- Develop and execute client account strategies to grow revenue expand wallet share and deepen client engagement
- Identify new business opportunities across Issuing VAS solutions and translate them into executable commercial plans
- Lead client discussions related to solution positioning pricing commercial structuring and negotiation
- Partner with cross-functional teams including account executives product finance client services and regional stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Build strong relationships with client decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner
- Manage pipeline development forecast accuracy and performance tracking against revenue and AANR goals
- Provide strategic input on market opportunities client priorities and go-to-market execution
- Ensure high levels of accountability execution discipline and ownership of portfolio performance
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
- Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Bachelors degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales business development account management or commercial roles within payments financial services technology or related industries
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Ability to develop and execute client strategies across a portfolio of solutions.
- Experience in complex deal structuring pricing discussions and commercial negotiation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to translate business opportunities into revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages may be a plus depending on market coverage.
- Experience in value-added services consulting data solutions risk solutions loyalty acceptance or digital product commercialization is a plus.
- Knowledge of the payments ecosystem including issuers merchants acquirers fintechs and digital players is preferred.
- Commercial experience in payments financial services fintech consulting data products or related sectors.
- Experience managing strategic client relationships and complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Track record of achieving growth targets and leading commercially impactful initiatives
