Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with strong experience processing payroll on older/mainframe systems. The role involves handling complex payroll transactions ensuring accuracy and supporting compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll using legacy/mainframe systems.
- Handle overtime back pay differentials allowances and supplemental pay.
- Use Central Payroll System WAGE DNRA and timekeeping tools.
- Apply Personnel Code Rules Pay Plan and Collective Bargaining agreements.
- Review payroll data resolve discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
- Supervise and support payroll staff as needed.
Use Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
