Job Summary

Support business transformation initiatives including implementations and corporate acquisitions across due diligence transition planning integration and post go-live activities. The role partners with internal teams functional leaders and customers to ensure effective implementation coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation-related content for customer proposals

  • Coordinate with customer transition teams and acquisition teams during implementation and integration

  • Maintain accurate project documentation trackers and timelines in SharePoint and internal systems

  • Prepare and distribute project status reports and presentation materials

  • Identify and escalate project risks or issues

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings logistics and materials

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

  • Support process improvement initiatives within the Transition & Implementation team

  • Train internal and external users on internal systems and tools

  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field

  • 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong MS Office skills; SharePoint experience required

  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
