Job Summary
Support business transformation initiatives including implementations and corporate acquisitions across due diligence transition planning integration and post go-live activities. The role partners with internal teams functional leaders and customers to ensure effective implementation coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation-related content for customer proposals
Coordinate with customer transition teams and acquisition teams during implementation and integration
Maintain accurate project documentation trackers and timelines in SharePoint and internal systems
Prepare and distribute project status reports and presentation materials
Identify and escalate project risks or issues
Coordinate internal and external meetings logistics and materials
Liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives within the Transition & Implementation team
Train internal and external users on internal systems and tools
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field
1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong MS Office skills; SharePoint experience required
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
