DescriptionThe Order Automation Specialist is responsible for validating and resolving customer purchase orders and quotations submitted through the Esker Order Management portal. This role ensures order accuracy identifies discrepancies and partners with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently while driving continuous improvement in order automation processes.
This position plays a critical role in delivering a smooth customer experience by ensuring orders are complete accurate and processed correctly the first time.
JOB DUTIES:
- Review and analyze customer purchase orders and quotations submitted through the Esker Order Management portal
- Validate order data for accuracy completeness and compliance with business requirements
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to pricing addresses formats and order layouts
- Communicate issues clearly and professionally with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Team Manager as appropriate
- Research and identify root causes of order and quote errors
- Document recurring issues and contribute to process documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Esker workflows data quality and overall efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 3-5 Years dealing with customer data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables formulas and macros
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Ability and willingness to learn our ERP P21 at a basic operational level
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Advanced English
