Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with students requiring behavioral interventions implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by supervising staff
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
- Track and document student progress and behaviors accurately
- Assist in developing positive behavioral strategies
- Collaborate with teachers therapists and school staff
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Key Requirements:
- Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification (required)
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work consistently within a structured school schedule
