Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Variable)

Job Summary
A healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Rehabilitation Unit. The RN will provide comprehensive patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Deliver direct nursing care addressing physical emotional and psychological needs
- Collaborate with patients families and healthcare teams to achieve care goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Apply evidence-based practices and sound clinical judgment in care delivery
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
- Active RN license
- Strong clinical communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience in rehabilitation med-surg or related settings preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with Epic EMR system
