Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to company partners throughout all stages of cooperation
- Design validate and implement technical solutions aligned with customer needs and defined business objectives
- Work closely with Sales R&D Support QA BA and Product Management teams to resolve technical challenges and align on solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations product demonstrations seminars webinars and training sessions for partners and internal teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners acting as a trusted technical advisor
- Actively participate in beta testing of new products and services providing expert feedback to refine and improve solutions
- Support new product launches by ensuring technical readiness partner enablement and internal knowledge alignment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support solution positioning and product feedback
- Represent Ajax Systems at industry conferences exhibitions and professional events
Key requirements:
- Technical background with professional experience in alarm systems video surveillance access control security IT telecommunications or related industries
- Working knowledge of engineering fundamentals and electronics including electronic components and circuit diagrams
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven experience delivering presentations webinars and technical trainings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technical information products and technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions
- Ability to negotiate and confidently justify technical decisions to customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to travel for business trips industry events conferences and trade shows
