Job Summary
Position OverviewPerry Local Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-centered 712 Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create an engaging learning environment build strong relationships with students and deliver high-quality instruction aligned to Ohios Learning ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver effective mathematics instruction for grades 712 Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners Use data to inform instruction and support student growth Foster a positive classroom culture focused on respect and engagement Collaborate with colleagues in team-based structures (TBTs) Communicate effectively with students families and staff Integrate technology to enhance instruction and learning Participate in building and district initiatives QualificationsValid Ohio teaching license in Mathematics (Grades 712) Strong knowledge of secondary mathematics content and instructional practices Commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration Ability to build meaningful relationships with students Preferred QualificationsExperience teaching multiple levels of secondary mathematics Familiarity with data-driven instruction and intervention strategies Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities or coaching
