Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients providing proactive guidance on tax strategies and industry trends.
- Oversee and review tax returns depreciation schedules and
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching training and performance feedback.
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and participating in networking and industry events.
- Utilize tax technology tools to enhance efficiency and client service.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or JD/LLM required.
- 5 years of progressive tax experience including public accounting.
- Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
