Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Basic Function The Junior Tax & Compliance Coordinator supports the Cost Segregation Tax team by assisting with the preparation organization and coordination of tax-related deliverables. This role focuses on executing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while building foundational knowledge in tax compliance cost segregation processes and 3115 filings. The Junior Coordinator plays a key support role in maintaining organized workflows ensuring documentation completeness and contributing to high-quality deliverables. Positions Intention The intention of this role is to provide entry-level support in the preparation and coordination of tax compliance deliverables including Form 3115 filings. The Junior Tax & Compliance Coordinator will assist with project tracking documentation and communication while developing technical skills and gaining exposure to tax compliance processes. This role is designed to build technical knowledge improve efficiency and support the team in delivering timely and accurate client outcomes. Success Measurements Success in this role is measured by:

Required Education:
