- Engage with potential sellers through phone calls virtual meetings and in-person appointments
- Conduct property walk-throughs to assess condition estimate repairs and negotiate contracts on the spot
- Build trust with homeowners by listening overcoming objections and guiding them toward solutions
- Research property values comparables and market trends to support acquisition decisions
- Document all interactions and deal progress in CRM with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with team members during meetings and training sessions
- Prepare contracts letters of intent and due diligence documents for transactions
- Follow up consistently on leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Travel within 12 hours of Charlotte for property inspections and seller meetings
- Coachable and eager to grow within a fastpaced investment environment
- Growth-minded perpetual learner
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
