Job Title

At Fiserv we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Real Estate Analyst you will support the planning development and management of Fiservs real estate portfolio to ensure the optimal utilization of our facilities. This entrylevel role partners closely with senior real estate leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders providing analytical and operational support across commercial industrial and/or residential properties while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of corporate real estate activities.

What youll do:

• Support the planning development and management of Fiservs owned and leased real estate portfolio

• Analyze real estate data related to lease terms occupancy utilization and operating costs; prepare reports and presentations to support decisionmaking

• Assist with real estate transactions including leases renewals acquisitions and dispositions as well as lease administration activities

• Coordinate with internal partners and external stakeholders including landlords brokers vendors and property managers

• Support building development renovation and portfolio optimization projects through documentation tracking and reporting

Experience youll need to have:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance Business Administration Economics Urban Planning Political Science or a related field

• Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

• 02 years of an equivalent combination of educational background related experience and/or internship coop or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Fiserv Internship coop or academic project experience related to real estate finance or property management

• Exposure to lease administration real estate financial analysis or portfolio reporting

• Interest in corporate real estate asset management or real estate development
