Job Summary

QUICK SUMMARY
Were looking for a Production Planning & Scheduling Manager to take ownership of our master scheduling and planning functionensuring the right work flows through the shop at the right time with the right resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and drive the master production schedule across departments
- Balance demand vs. capacity in a high-mix fast-paced environment
- Lead production planning and purchasing teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Optimize schedules based on material labor and machine availability
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in throughput and on-time delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations Sales Quality and Sourcing
- Support quoting efforts with production timing and feasibility input
- Monitor key metrics: schedule attainment backlog and production efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Strong background in ERP/MRP systems and data integrity
- Experience in high-mix low-volume manufacturing (job shop preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 environments
- Ability to read prints and understand manufacturing workflows
- Proven ability to solve problems manage priorities and lead teams
