As ProgramManager you will be responsible for supporting the management and success of one of Coates key QSR accounts McDonalds Canada with a focus on hardware programs including drive thru digital menu board enclosures kiosks and related restaurant technology infrastructure.

This role acts as a primary day to day point of contact between McDonalds stakeholders and Coates internal teams. The Program Manager ensures clear communication coordination and visibility across hardware initiatives while supporting the Account Director and senior leadership in delivering strong operational and commercial outcomes. Success in this role requires strong business acumen excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively gather consolidate and communicate information across internal teams and client stakeholders. The Program Manager plays a critical role in maintaining alignment across programs and ensuring client facing documentation and communications are clear accurate and timely.

Responsibilities:

Act as a key point of contact between McDonalds Canada stakeholders and Coates internal teams ensuring clear and consistent communication across programs
Support the management and coordination of hardware initiatives including drive thru enclosures kiosks media players and other restaurant technology infrastructure
Consolidate input from internal teams including hardware product supply chain finance and deployment teams and communicate updates clearly to internal and client stakeholders
Proactively prepare and maintain client facing documentation including program updates planning materials and presentation content
Support account leadership in managing client communications meetings and follow up actions
Ensure programs progress through appropriate internal processes while maintaining visibility across timelines dependencies and deliverables
Maintain strong working relationships with McDonalds stakeholders across technology construction procurement and vendor teams
Identify opportunities to improve communication coordination and program visibility across the account

Qualifications:

5 years experience in account coordination account management program management or client facing roles within a technology hardware retail or services environment
Experience working with enterprise clients or complex multi stakeholder environments preferred
Understanding of quick service restaurant operations retail technology environments or hardware deployment programs considered an advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
Strong business awareness with the ability to understand client priorities and align internal teams accordingly

Capabilities:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a clear liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams
Ability to gather input from multiple teams and translate it into clear structured information for client communication and decision making
Highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation program tracking and follow up
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships across internal and client teams
Ability to operate independently proactively identify information gaps and ensure alignment across programs
Business minded approach with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions and ensure initiatives align with both client objectives and Coates capabilities
$75000 - $100000 a year

Full Salary Range (CAD): $75000/year (minimum) $87500/year (midpoint) $100000/ (maximum).

Pay is based on relevant experience skills education internal equity and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
