Job Summary
Position: Program Coordinator
Location: Oshawa ON (Onsite)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. HST

Deliverables
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs including scheduling participant management materials preparation and session execution support.
- Support program delivery by liaising with facilitators vendors subject matter experts and senior leaders to ensure seamless execution of sessions and events.
- Maintain accurate program records track participation and completion and support reporting on program effectiveness and engagement.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to support continuous improvement of leadership programs and enhance overall participant experience.
Experience Required
- Experience coordinating training learning or leadership development programs within complex organizational environments.
- Strong organizational planning and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills with experience working with senior leaders and facilitators.
- Familiarity with learning management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Adult Education Business Administration or a related field with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
