As our Social Media Manager youll turn Phoenixs expertise into market influence and convert that influence into pipeline. Youll shape the creative direction of our social presence and develop content that reflects our authority as a trusted and influential voice in health & safety. That means delivering high-impact persona-led content and strategic engagement that leads to measurable commercial outcomes. Youll also use modern tools and technology including AI to boost content quality speed and insight.
Youll be responsible for:
Social strategy & brand presence
Content creation & channel management (LinkedIn YouTube Instagram)
Community campaigns & industry engagement
Performance & continuous improvement
