Job Summary:
We are seeking a 1LoD Control Testing Quality Assurance and Operations Sr Consultant to join our newly established Centralized 1LoD Control Testing function (1LoD Testing). This 1LOD Testing team aims to standardize and enhance our control testing practices across all Business Units and Corporate Functions.
As a key member of this team you will play a pivotal role in supporting risk management activities across the this role reporting into the Director of Quality Assurance & Operations you will collaborate closely with partners across NTCs global operations.
Major Duties:
Execute controls testing quality assurance to ensure that all testing is conducted in
accordance with 1LOD testing standards methodologies and templates. and that any deviations are promptly addressed.
Prepare QA results report on test results issues and other relevant information.
Participate in the maintenance socialization and implementation of 1LOD testing standards methodologies and templates updates.
Work closely with the QA Leadership team develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all team members are fully aware of new or updated standards and procedures.
Support various reporting deliverables and data analysis as needed.
Assist with control projects operational and/or corporate risk initiatives where directed.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree
8 years of experience with various types of audit or controls testing control quality assurance & control QA reports preferably in a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB) or similar financial institution.
Experience using tools such as Power BI Advanced Excel & other intelligence tools.
Experience with adherence to audit and controls practices
Great communication and facility skills with the ability to teach/train etc.
Ability to establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders across enterprise
Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong data visualization skills
Self-motivated with strong collaboration and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadline
Shift: EMEA - 3:30PM to 12:30AM IST
Internal Eligibility Criteria:
24 months as Consultant to apply for Senior Consultant
12 months as Senior Consultant for a lateral movement
