A Day in the Life
Position Description
買掛金Procure-to-Pay関連業務を中心に源泉税および支払調書作成月次決算監査対応ならびにグローバルプロジェクトへの参画などを通じてMedtronic Japan のファイナンスオペレーションを支える重要な役割を担います
PTP Accounting Manager にレポートし通常は日本語で国内のステークホルダーとグローバルプロジェクト参加時は英語で海外チームと連携しながら正確性透明性コンプライアンスを重視し業務遂行していただきます
Main Responsibilities
買掛金AP / PTP関連業務全般
請求書処理支払処理源泉税の計算控除納付対応支払調書の作成および関連業務月次年次決算業務
JGAAP および US GAAP に基づく会計処理
内部外部監査対応
グローバルプロジェクトへの参画
英語でのディスカッション会議参加グローバルで策定されたプロセスや方針の日本展開社内関係部門ProcurementBusiness部門海外のSSC等との連携
業務改善の推進
Must Haves
経理実務経験 3年以上社内の場合は他部門での実務経験も可
簿記２級程度以上の経理知識
源泉税および支払調書に関する知識実務経験
英語力Business level会話力重視
エクセルを使用した大量のデータ処理スキル
高い倫理観およびコンプライアンス意識
Nice to Haves
US GAAPやIFRS に関する知識実務経験
外資系企業またはグローバル環境での就業経験
業務プロセス改善やシステム導入プロジェクトへの参画経験
