Job Summary
Renesas keeps key position in worldwide Automotive MCU market since long time and aims to grow more for the future as a solid ground of Renesas business. We Automotive MCU Marketing team play a key role by creating winning strategy / strong MCU products based on Market trend analysis identifying Renesas position competitor movement. We are looking for new colleague who have strong motivation to create winning scenario for Renesas based on Market intelligence in worldwide automotive MCU market with us.
1) Market research and Strategy building for Automotive MCU
Research / analyze automotive MCU market by application segment and create report for future market trend
Research / analyze Renesas and competitor positioning in automotive MCU market (market share benchmarking)
Establish the product strategy and MCU product portfolio based on the market analysis
2) Auto MCU Product Planning and Go to Market Plan
3) Based on product strategy create NPI plan for Auto MCU products
Product promotion result analysis and feedback to new product idea
Create sales forecast based on Design In (D-in) analysis
Qualifications :
Must-have
English skill for global communication (within Renesas and with customer)
Working experience in Product Marketing Market Analysis Strategic Marketing for MCU
Working experience in automotive electrical control arena
Basic knowledge of automotive MCU product
Nice-to-have
Working experience of product planning or technical support for automotive MCU
