C-MORE is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who is driven by our mission to deliver top-quality software solutions. CORE TASKS ARE EXPECTED TO INCLUDE:

Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate mission-driven software solutions that fulfill our business needs.

Design robust client-side and server-side architectures with an openness to exploring new technologies and methodologies.

Write clean scalable and maintainable code on both the front-end and back-end taking responsibility for the quality and performance of your work.

Develop deploy and manage well-functioning databases and applications demonstrating excellence in ensuring their consistent and efficient operation.

Upgrade and maintain software following deployment to align with business evolution and tech advancements adhering to our culture of responsibility and excellence.

Craft the front-end of applications with an appealing visual design focusing on usability and user experience and maintaining open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Write effective APIs to improve inter-systems connectivity and data exchange taking ownership of this crucial aspect of our infrastructure.

Develop innovative features and applications with a mobile-first approach optimizing for responsiveness and efficiency.

Implement comprehensive testing methods to troubleshoot debug and upgrade software ensuring the highest level of performance and stability reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Design and apply security and data protection measures in accordance with best practices and compliance standards demonstrating a deep sense of responsibility.

Write clear and concise technical documentation to ensure ease of use and understanding of our systems and applications.

Comply with C-MOREs Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and guidelines taking responsibility for maintaining secure practices as well understanding organizational structure procedures and other internal standards.

Proactively support in solving internal or external challenges within your area of expertise fostering a culture of collaboration and openness.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role in software development.
Knowledge (5 years) of PHP as a back-end language CSS JavaScript and MySQL
Extensive experience in the Laravel framework.
Experience with Livewire AlpineJS and CI/CD is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and its application in a development environment.
Fluent in english
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills embodying our values of collaboration and openness.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently demonstrating a sense of responsibility.

Experience in international and/or remote teams/environments is a plus.

WHAT ELSE DO WE OFFER BEYOND BASE PAY:

Fully remote - not expected to exist even for a hybrid model

Paid 24 days/year of absence for vacations
