About the Role
Join a Data & AI team focused on deliveringhigh-quality scalable data solutions in an Agile environment.You will contribute to a Trusted Data Platform powering analytics andreporting across international business domains.
This role blends business expertise and IT knowledgeacting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams while driving datatransformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SPOC between business and technical stakeholders
- Analyze challenge and translate business needs into IT requirements
- Lead workshops and gather functional requirements
- Write user stories documentation and specifications
- Support Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
- Drive migration of legacy use cases to modern data platforms
- Collaborate with developers testers and service teams
- Contribute to test strategy execution and defect analysis
- Ensure delivery aligned with scope budget timelines and quality
- Actively participate in Agile rituals (Sprint Planning Grooming Daily Review)
- Improve processes service delivery and operational efficiency
What You Bring
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Data domains (mandatory)
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience in Banking or Insurance (nice to have)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
