Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Auburn Hills MI for an Interior Design Project Leader. The Project Leader will oversee the development and execution of interior design projects including concept creation space planning furniture and FF&E selection and overall design coordination. Key responsibilities include managing the design process liaising with clients and stakeholders supervising design teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget. Collaboration with engineers construction professionals and other stakeholders will also be essential to maintain alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Interior Design principles including creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
Expertise in Space Planning and Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) specification
Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams clients and project partners
Experience in managing design projects including timelines and client expectations
Capacity to work effectively on-site in Auburn Hills MI with a proactive and hands-on approach
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field required
Professional experience in a leadership role within interior design or related fields
