Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can understand complex ideas around AI engineering and GCCs and translate them into clear engaging and high-quality social content. You will own how Softobiz shows up on social media especially LinkedIn across brand leadership voice and employer branding.
What You Will Own
1. Content Creation (Core)
- Create high-quality short-form B2B content:
- LinkedIn posts
- Micro blogs
- Carousels
- Infographics
- Short-form video scripts (1530 sec)
- Translate complex industry POVs into simple sharp and engaging content
- Convert long-form assets (blogs decks webinars) into social-ready formats
- Maintain consistency in tone clarity and brand voice
2. Market & Topic Research
- Track trends across:
- AI in engineering
- GCC ecosystem
- Enterprise technology shifts
- Identify relevant content angles and narratives
- Benchmark against high-quality brands (e.g. Thoughtworks-style thinking-led content)
- Bring POV-driven ideas not just execution
3. Social Media Ownership (LinkedIn Focus)
- Own Softobizs LinkedIn presence end-to-end:
- Posting cadence
- Performance tracking
- Ensure every post adds value
4. Employer Branding
- Build consistent storytelling around:
- Culture
- People
- Internal initiatives
- Work with HR and internal teams to bring real stories to life
- Create content that attracts the right talent not just attention
5. Content Quality & Execution
- Ensure:
- Strong copywriting fundamentals
- Clean structure and readability
- Zero grammar errors
- Collaborate with design for carousels and creatives
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of experience in social media or content (preferably B2B)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to simplify complex ideas without diluting meaning
- Good sense of structure storytelling and flow
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn content dynamics
- Curiosity about AI engineering and business trends
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail
What Will Set You Apart
- Ability to think in POVs not just formats
- Experience writing for leadership or founder profiles
- Exposure to B2B tech SaaS or consulting environments
- Strong taste in content (you know what not to post)
